Each project is given the care and professionalism you would expect, however we pride ourselves on working with our clients and their professional team, to try and find solutions to problems as they arise.
Meet the team
James Crowley
James has specialised in daylight, sunlight, rights of light and party wall matters for most of his professional career, having gained extensive knowledge in these fields during his time at other reputable surveying practices. His experience benefits our clients and ensures that our company philosophy is maintained.
Janine Dunn
Janine joined CHP shortly after its formation. She had previously worked with James at another London practice and has gained detailed knowledge of the work we undertake. She ensures that continuity and support is provided for all our clients, and she is the first person to contact for new instruction enquiries or to assist in resolving queries.
Nicola King
Nicola closely monitors our projects to ensure that they are delivered on time. She liaises with the team members to enable our projects to progress in accordance with the clients’ requirements.
